Community investments from the Corporation, Foundation, employees and annuitants totaled more than $3.4 million in 2025 with a focus on education, workforce development, civic/community initiatives and safety, health and environment. In 2025, we supported more than 75 local nonprofits.

2025 investments at a glance

  • North Baton Rouge Training Initiative (NBRITI)

    In 2025, ExxonMobil donated $220,000 to Baton Rouge Community College to support NBRITI. More than 790 individuals have graduated from NBRITI since 2012.
  • High School Internship Program

    Our paid High School Internship gives students hands-on experience in Engineering, Terminal and Lab Operations, IT, Projects, Pipeline and Environmental roles. In its fourth year, the program included a STEM trip to LSU, site visits with MMR and Turner Industries, mentoring, presentations, team building and volunteering with the Greater Baton Rouge Food Bank and Habitat for Humanity.
  • ExxonMobil Engineering Scholars Programs

    ExxonMobil’s LSU Engineering Scholars provides mentorship and support for underrepresented students pursuing engineering degrees.
  • Greater Baton Rouge Economic Partnership Growth Lab Accelerator

    The Greater Baton Rouge Economic Partnership Growth Lab Accelerator is a high-value, fast-paced accelerator designed for entrepreneurs, small-business owners, and emerging leaders. The program delivers practical leadership, team management and business-growth tools that can be put to work immediately.
  • Baton Rouge General Mobile Health Unit

    BRG Care on the Go, supported with a contribution from ExxonMobil, is a mobile health united that offers primary and urgent care services, wellness exams, on-site testing, vaccines and more in a comfortable setting at convenient locations throughout North Baton Rouge.
